Do I need a gym membership?
It doesn’t hurt, but no..you do not. You are pretty busy already to you most likely may not have time to make it to the gym every time. That’s why we build out your plan and then customize it according to your lifestyle and goals.

I’ve done other programs that didn’t work for me. How will this one be different?
The only way to know is to fully commit to the program. Regardless of how much support, accountability, and information I give you, I can only do 49% of the work. You have to come with 51% effort.
Also, unlike other programs, you have myself and the whole Newborn Fitness team to guide and assist you every step of the way. It’s not a one size fits all program.

How many times per week do I have to workout?
Depends on your specific plan. between 2-5 days per week.

Will I still be able to have a social life and enjoy happy hour and drinks?
Tequila, wine, beer…they all fit into the program because your nutrition plan is for YOU and no one else.
